Through our Chairman's Fund, we support the Field Band Foundation, a social and educational development youth programme that uses the power of music to help break the cycle of poverty in impoverished communities.

Through this programme, many children are able to hold an instrument for the first time in their lives and within a week are able to play a tune. The Foundation teaches them two afternoons every week for two hours. Now there are 48 field bands, with approximately 6,700 children empowered through the power of music.
