Ntombi Mazubane has worked for Thermal Coal for over six years now, and fulfils the role of section manager at Landau Colliery – an opencast mine in Witbank. Over the years Ntombi has achieved much success at Thermal Coal and has secured a bright future. None of this would have been possible had it not been for Anglo American’s Graduates Programme.
